Why are you priced less than most other sites?

We buy direct from manufactures and wholesalers and keep overheads low All. Our shipping is not expensive and most importantly is very reliable.

How do you ship?

All packages are shipped in plain packaging with no indication of content. Products are repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments. The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit one of these packages, the order will automatically be divided into two or more packages.

How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?

Order confirmation is displayed on the checkout page directly after your order, it can take up to two hours for your payment to clear. We aim to ship your order within 24 hours Monday to Friday. 

How do I change my order after it has been placed?

If you wish to edit your order for any reason contact us before it is shipped and we will adjust it for you.

What is the minimum and maximum amount I can order at one time?

We have no minium order, however orders over £500 may be checked for security purposes.

Customs have seized my order?

We estimate that about 5% of all orders are seized by customs. If an order gets seized by customs and therefore is considered lost, the customer will get one resend free of charge to another address, only after a valid seizure letter is shown.

Do I need a prescription to order?

No prescription is needed for any the products that we ship.

How long does it take for shipment to arrive?

All orders within the EU are estimated between 5-10 working days via Tracked Airmail. If you need it faster contact us and we can arrange a courier

Delivery Delays Keep in mind that there are a couple of possible situations that can occur with your order to cause possible delivery delays. An international shipment normally passes through the local and national postal service in the country of origin, then exportation, as well as shipment transfer through ports of exit, transit to destination country with international postal service, importation in destination country (customs clearance), and finally the local and national postal service in the destination country. Each successive step has an impact on the delivery time. Even if the majority of these steps are successfully executed in a timely manner, inefficiency or temporary inactivity during any single step is enough to extend the delivery time over the usual and allotted time frame.

Is a signature required?

Normally our shipments are sent as recorded and tracked so require a signature and if you are not at home the postal service will leave a card to advise you to pick up the parcel from your local post office.

What countries you ship to?

We ship within the EU, all other countries should contact us directly for availability.
